Yes — completely free. No credit card is required to book the trial class. The first time you pay anything is when you decide to enrol in a monthly plan, which happens after the trial.
You can cancel at any time by sending us a message on WhatsApp. There are no cancellation fees and no notice period required. Your plan simply does not renew at the end of the current month. We will never chase you or make cancellation difficult.
We review pricing annually. If we ever increase prices, existing subscribers are notified at least 30 days in advance and their rate is protected for three additional months. We will never surprise you with a price change.
No. All learning materials are shared digitally by your child’s teacher during the session. There are no textbooks to buy and no additional fees for course completion certificates. Everything is included in the monthly plan.
Yes — if your family is travelling or has an exam period, you can pause your subscription for up to one month per year. Simply message us on WhatsApp at least 5 days before your next payment date.
We offer a limited number of subsidised places for families facing genuine financial hardship. If this applies to your family, please contact us privately via WhatsApp and we will discuss what we can do. We believe no child should miss out on Quran education because of financial circumstances.
